This is a definition of the desired communication style in terms of diction (degree of formality), verbosity (degree of conciseness) and tone of voice (degree of seriousness), as well as functionality (list of available tasks). We always make sure that the prompt wording gently but effectively "guides" the user through the conversation flow, but also out of ASR / NLP recognition and understanding problems. The result is simple, clear messages that are still powerful and "sticky" on your callers.
We then coach the voice talent at the studio to ensure the recorded prompts convey the right message in a communication style that is consistent with your brand and your other customer channels, while also being contextually relevant and culturally sensitive.
