I am a Voice AI & Conversational AI Pioneer with 30 years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Machine Learning (ML), and 25 years in Voice User Interface (VUI) Design and Conversation Design.
I have designed, branded, developed & optimised conversational (spontaneous) Speech IVRs, Voicebots & Chatbots for Contact Centre automation, mobile self-service and branded domain-specific Voice Assistants for Enterprise and Government Digital transformation.
I have a Post-Doc in Voice AI (Conversation Design and Dialogue Management for Speech Recognition), a PhD in NLP & ML, an MSc in Machine Translation & a B.A. Hons in English & Linguistics.
On a more personal note, I am a recovering DJ and Politician and an improvising mum of an inquisitive and hilarious boy.
