At DialogCONNECTION we conceive and design together with the people in your organisation speech-activated or speech-enabled services, or improvements to existing CRM processes and services. We do this always taking into consideration your individual financial and logistical requirements and your marketing and branding strategy, as well as the needs, goals, expectations and profiles of your target customers. We carry out the corresponding requirements analysis and specification, and also do project timeline and resource planning for you. All this can be kicked off in one or more Discovery Workshops.

We design dialogue call flows using Microsoft VISIO, OpenOffice Draw, Inspiration, UML, or proprietary development GUIs and tools that you may already be using at your organisation. For instance, we have accumulated extensive experience in the Intervoice InVision GUI (Classic IQtalk and Studio) and the Vicorp xMP toolkit.

We pay particular attention to the persona projected by the system, so that we can ensure that your marketing strategy gets augmented with the implemented solution and the right message is delivered in a manner consistent to your other communication channels. To this effect, we also coach the carefully selected voice talents who will record all the system messages for your organisation, in order to ascertain that the recordings convey the optimal communication style and tone of voice. 

We design and purposefully craft system prompts for the effective but also friendly "guidance" of your callers through the dialogue, as well as out of communication problems. This is where our scripting and copywriting experience comes in.

We can also develop for you robust speech recognition grammars in your selected language and format (
Nuance GSL, JSGF, jrXML). English, German, French and Greek are currently the languages that we cater for.

We also carry out Wizard-of-Oz and Usability Tests, we execute evaluations and provide targeted tuning of specific modules of the application for optimised functionality and robustness (including grammar, pronunciation, lexicon, and prompt tuning).

At the end of 2009, DialogCONNECTION Ltd. partnered with the IVR Design Group (IDG) in the US, a communications technology consultancy that provides professional services related to IVR Design and development. DialogCONNECTION is the European IDG partner, catering for application design and development for the British English, the German, the French and the Greek languages.
