At DialogCONNECTION we conceive and design together with your organisation speech-activated or speech-enabled services, or improvements to existing CRM services and processes, taking into consideration your individual financial and logistical requirements and your marketing and branding strategy, as well as the needs, goals and profiles of your target customers. We carry out the corresponding
requirements analysis specification, as well as project timeline and resource planning for you. All this can be kicked off in one or more
Discovery Workshops.
We design
dialogue call flows using Microsoft VISIO, OpenOffice Draw, Inspiration, UML, or proprietary development tools that you may already be using at your organisation. For instance, we have accumulated extensive experience in the
Intervoice InVision GUI (Classic IQtalk and Studio) and the
Vicorp xMP toolkit.
We pay special attention to the projected
persona of the system in order to augment your marketing strategy with the implemented solution and deliver the right message in a consistent manner. To this effect, we also coach the selected
voice talents who will record all the system messages for your organisation, in order to ensure that the recordings convey the optimal communication style and tone of voice.
We design and carefully craft
system prompts for the effective and friendly "guidance" of your callers through the dialogue, as well as through communication problems. This is where our scripting and
copywriting experience comes in.
We can also develop for you robust
recognition grammars in your selected language and format (
Nuance GSL, JSGF, jrXML).
English, German, French and Greek are currently the available options that we offer.
We carry out Wizard-of-Oz and
Usability Tests and complete evaluations and provide targeted
tuning of specific modules of the application for optimised functionality (including grammar, pronunciation and prompt tuning).
